Madison hard to activate my new phone. It took quite a a while before it was suggested to check for a SMS card inside. There was and it was blocking a successful activation. She apologized after seeking assistance from 3 different Verizon tech support people. It took us 2 and a half hours, but it was worth it.Madison was personable, kind, and very sorry that we had to be there so long. She managed to assist other customers and keep her humor about a very trying time.She's a keeper!!!

DJ was absolutely awesome. He handled everything with poise and confidence, and set me up entirely with everything i needed! Definitely someone you need to keep around, his knowledge and customer service was impeccable!! Thanks DJ!

Great experience. Been with Verizon for over 20 years and this has been one of the very best Verizon stores I have been in. Tyler was fantastic, super helpful.

I walked in and told Tyler how I ran over my phone with the lawnmower, and that I didn't want to be fangled into some big ordeal or massive bill. He was great to work with and was just so real on all the things. Emma was also great and helpful! I appreciated both of them and their willingness to give me the best for my time and money.

I've been with Verizon for more than a decade and the two times I've upgraded my phone here were the best experiences I've had in a Verizon store, not saying anything bad about the others, but this one is my favorite.

Tyler was great to work with. His customer service was incredible. He was friendly and down to earth and answered every question I threw at him with ease and even a little bit of humor. My entire experience was enjoyable and refreshing. Will definitely go back to this store will all my phone needs in the future!

Took a little longer than expected to get a new (upgrade) phone, because Tyler was helping three customers at once. He needs a raise! Very good at his job. Kept us all informed and entertained. Will go back just because of him. Store itself is clean and nice set up. Was greeted immediately by Tyler, even though he was already helping 2 customers.

I have been with Verizon since before it was Verizon and Tyler was the best representative I have ever had the pleasure to deal with! He was helpful and patient and assisted with getting my device activated even though I didn't purchase thru Verizon. I would certainly recommend Knoxville Verizon to anyone! Tyler will assist you

Emma was just fantastic, very patient, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. She and Tyler make a great team and provide outstanding customer service. I have had 3 different cell phone providers over the years and this experience with Emma and Tyler was by far and away the best service ever. Verizon, you need to reward these 2!
