One of the phones on my account stopped receiving texts. Took phone in to this store on Sunday afternoon. Waited 40 minutes for a rep to assist us, and then when it was our turn, she helped another customer who came in after us. If you have lots of patience and don't mind waiting 45-60 minutes and don't care if someone after you is seen first, then this is your store. They need more than two workers (hire more staff dummies). Then the gal that helped us (eventually after waiting more than 50 minutes) couldn't give me a better explanation of what she did to fix the problem. For what they charge you, you'd think they could hire help, and explain what the heck they did to fix things.

My 70 year old father came in looking for a new phone, he has always had a flip phone.He took their advice and walked out with a brand new iPhone and has no idea how to use it. The employees should know this phone is not a good fit for a new smart phone user of his age. He is so frustrated with the device and now he is stuck with it.

DO NOT WORK WITH AMBER. She took advantage of my grandparents for her financial gain. Made changes to their plan after she was explicitly asked not to, sold them an iPad under completely false pretenses and many other things we are finding out. So disturbing and unethical.

My wife went to get questions answered and they ended up putting her on another plan that was going to cost us almost $40 dollars more. Went back to cancel and they couldn't put us back on with the same payment we had been paying for over a year. We had to pay $5 more a month just to get what we had before.

I did not get the name. However, the gentleman working there is unwilling to help older customers who aren’t tech savvy. I know the virus has everyone in panic mode, but this guy is ridiculous. I watched an older man ask him to help with switching contacts from one phone to another. This man was getting frustrated because the employee wouldn’t just take his phone and help. The customer said he would just go home and return later. The employee said “don’t bother if you’re going to be rude”.

AWFUL!! Charges you when they say its free and even when you say you don't want it they push! Then they charged all the items to my account! You should always AVOID this store!! I loved the up town store but since they are no longer there. I have worked with many US Cell stores for 20 years no and this was the worst service EVER! Don't let Amber change or upgrade your package!

I was there to get help with a setting. Amber was quick to help me. This is way better than it use to be there. Before it took forever to get service.
