“The employees here go over and beyond for their customers. My illnesses can cause many unannounced mobility issues as well as dizziness. This happened today in one of the aisles. One employee brought me a motorized cart. Then another employee helped move my stuff over from my cart and even got me something from the top shelf!! Again, a 3rd employee got me another item I could not get to. After checking out, a 4th employee, the cashier even walked me out to my vehicle and took the cart back in. I can’t say thank you enough. I have no idea what I would have done without their help! Such a great team, go Knoxville HyVee!!”
