It used to be a good place to shop until the new owners took over. Prices are not cominpetive with New Star. there way higher. Plus all the good people that worked there are gone.

Place has extremely low prices, and great customer service. The only liquor store who knows how to do both in town. I’ll only be coming here!

I can count on this place to keep traffic flowing in the drive through, and I've learned that contrary to what their competitors tell you as far as raising prices, they may increasing regularly, but Round Window isn't. I used to call around to everyone to check current prices on the cigarettes I smoke, but I learned that I was wasting my time, because Round Window is always the least expensive. And, sometimes, there's a considerable difference between them and the next closest place. So, I always buy here now, and stopped wasting my time.Also, I've never encountered anyone who was rude or incompetent...they're always friendly, and if I have children with me, they give them a lollipop. It may not seem like much, but my children appreciate it, and it makes running errands with Mom a little less boring.

After 6 months of being a loyal customer, I will never return to this place again. They charged my card twice, and it clearly took the money out each time as I showed them my bank statement to prove it. They refused to refund me for the double charge and told me there is nothing they can do. So not only did I have to eat $50 for their mistake of charging me twice, I have to find another liquor store to take my business to. And it’s not even like I spoke to an employee and they were unable to do anything for me I spoke directly to the business owner who is completely unhelpful and basically laughed in my face with her fake teeth
