“Madison hard to activate my new phone. It took quite a a while before it was suggested to check for a SMS card inside. There was and it was blocking a successful activation. She apologized after seeking assistance from 3 different Verizon tech support people. It took us 2 and a half hours, but it was worth it.Madison was personable, kind, and very sorry that we had to be there so long. She managed to assist other customers and keep her humor about a very trying time.She's a keeper!!!”
