I called cameron late at night to explain a bad situation I was in with a very very stuck truck, let me tell you if I got called that late at night I would be pissed, yet he was so kind and let us know he could definitely do it that night, we ended up deciding it was better to wait till morning and he was there bright and early even picked us up from our home to get my truck out. He was insanely kind and just a good person to be around. Amen

I had a roadside issue and Colton was the only towing operator to return my calls, check up on me or to offer reasonable service!! Great customer service!! Mikes should be proud to have Colton on his team!!

I would actually give it a negative 1 when they worked on my vehicle from a warranty from when it was autokraft and there is still things happening related to their work and now they refuse to work on my vehicle and fix their stuff when he said I don’t pay my bills. I paid him $910 last week and don’t owe him a thing. Think twice about I’m using them or the old AutoKraft.

Coltin was AMAZING! my daughter hit a deer a few weeks ago, and his service was incredible. he came very fast and loaded her car with no issues!! i will definitely call mikes towing again!!!

Below is what they did to my best friend. They stole things from him that I watched him work very hard for.. His Autel diagnostic tool that he used for work helping the less fortunate with vehicle problems and not charging people an arm and a leg, doing his best to do good in this greedy world.. was all taken from him because 4k wasn't enough! It breaks my heart and I would not recommend this tow company to anyone. They will rob you blind. Justice will be served.
My best friends review:
These crooks towed my truck, 20' trailer, and car body that was on the trailer. They expected $250 tow fee for each the truck and the trailer, to take them about 5 miles. The keys were in the truck and doors unlocked. They also apparently expected $75/day, storage fee... for not only the truck ($75/day), the trailer ($75/day), but also for the car body that was strapped on the trailer!! ($75/day). After just over a month, I was finally able to secure funds to pay this outrageous bill. They claimed it was over $9,000... but settled with me for $4,000.
That's was that, and I wouldn't be writing this review... except when I got my truck back, I found that they had stolen: my Daisy Powerline .177 break barrel air rifle/gun case/scope, my Autel MS906BT automotive diagnostic tool and wireless obd2 dongle (msrp ~$1200), and even the black aluminum valve stem caps off my freaking wheels...
Apparently $4,000 wasn't enough to satisfy these guys. Pursuing criminal theft charges for the missing items, but I'm sure I'll never see them again.

My car died In Knoxville. Called for a jump and Colton was on scene within 7 minutes. Car didn't take a jump so he towed my vehicle all the way back to Ottumwa. Thank God for these guys!!!! Speedy services. And I even was able to get a ride with the driver back to Ottumwa.Thank you Mike and sons towing!!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really rude and disrespectful. Maybe the guy was having a bad day but I have never been treated so poorly. They need to learn that a little kindness goes a long way and making women cry is not the way to do business.
