My scripts have been forgotten either by not getting them ordered from your delivery service or transferred from other pharmacy . Scripts have been in the "queue " and forgotten as well. More than once I've had to go without a medication until received by the next day.If they weren't so overwhelming busy and had enough personnel for the amount of business it wouldn't get bottlenecked for errors.

Well I normally use Walmart pharmacy because the price is usually more reasonable. But lately they don't have the medication I needed. So that is why I have been using Medicap. Much better service than Walmart for sure.

I love my Medicap. The pharmacists and staff work hard to get my prescriptions completed quickly and accurately along with getting to know me personally. They remember me by name and are acquainted with my needs. If there is a problem with the prescription or quirky insurance, they work the problem hard, doing their best on my behalf. I can't say enough good things about my Knoxville Medicap!
