When a collision with a deer totaled my mini van, Emerson Auto towed it from Des Moines back to Knoxville for me and had a really good used car, with low mileage and in excellent condition that they sold me for a great price. But then, I expected that from John and his staff....I've done business with them for a lot of years and they have always done right by me. They just Good People!
