First, he was prompt on responding to me and made it very convenient to give me an estimate (I love 10 minutes away and work 40 minutes away so it is hard to get time to bring my car in for an estimate). Then when he was finished with my car and I came to pick it up, he had it warming up for me (it was winter time), and had my car washed! On top of everything he was friendly, welcoming, and did great work.”
