I brought someone to the ER this week. They had been treated with disrespect at another hospital and left there without treatment. This person has no insurance, income, or address. Regardless of this, the staff in the ER was kind to this person who has been treated unkindly by society. I am so impressed with the ER staff. I don’t remember everyone’s name, but Dr. Felegi gave this person a little more trust in the hospital system. It was the same with the nurses on duty.

My child needed a covid test we were told Keosaqua hospital clinic but was scheduled for Farmington clinic. Not the first this has happened. Not easy to let someone know that your in the parking for a covid test. Have to call front desk an wait for 15+ minutes to just have the test taken so we can leave again. A better system needs to be created. Also waiting for a well child appointment shouldn't take no 2hrs in the drs room. We were wished away from the waiting room only to wait in our appointment room. Still require masks no matter the appointment.

I went to van Buren clinic for 15 years. Always highly recommended it. Doctor Hadden was exceptional. Dr Gary Lee is a good one, Parsons not my favorite.Dr Manning real great person. But to each their own
