Don’t get many prescriptions filled but over the last 6 months we’ve had nothing but issues here and moved it all to Walmart. 2 weeks to fill a prescription one time, and most recently had a script sent by accident (doc didn’t listen to our pref change to Walmart) and they sent to this store on a Friday, mid-day and it wasn’t ready until the following Tuesday. And it wasn’t anything exotic - it’s heartburn medicine. ??♂️

I have been using Walgreen's in Keokuk for my family's prescriptions for 16 years, and for 15 years before that in the state we lived in before we moved to Iowa. They are the best! I love being able to leave a doctor's appointment and be able to go through the drive-thru to pick up their medication and not have to take my sick kids into the store. I also like being able to go to the drive-thru when no one in the house is sick and not be exposed to whatever sick people are inside the store at the pharmacy picking up their prescriptions. Of course, nothing and no one in life is perfect, but for the most part I have found the employees to be very cheerful, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and like they truly care about the customers and about their job... and that is saying a lot, because I know that they deal every day, all day long, with a lot of grouchy people who don't feel well, from whatever is bringing them to the pharmacy...THANK YOU, WALGREEN'S!!! ❤️

Normally I like Walgreens but the Keokuk store is the worst. I have come home with someone else's name on a prescription; they lost or misplaced a photo order; and tonight, after waiting in the drive through for 15 minutes, they closed the pharmacy at 7:10pm (there were 3 cars in line). Poor customer service. I'm not doing business with this store anymore.

Every staff member from the pharmacist down has treated me amazing from guidance on prescription to helping with issues I have had with past doctors an nurses, it’s not possible for them to help me more than they have. They always seem to go above and beyond expectations. An there is never a time I go that they are not busy but they are always nice an on the move! If you want to be treated like a person that matters this is the pharmacy to go to. I wish I could put into words how amazing they really are an how much they care about you an have your back when you need them! And I have had to deal with lots of pharmacies from coast to coast. I just feel blessed that these ladies and gentlemen are local to me! Thanks again!!

I think the store and staff is great. It'd be nice if the pharmacy would stay open later or like they used too and keep prescriptions stocked that patients need.

Terrible customer service from one pharmacy employee on 11/30/22 at 7:00 pm. I told her I did express pay and she quickly said “not on that account.” I could tell she didn’t even look into it. When I told her I already paid and have used it several times, she acted like it was a huge inconvenience for her to simply enter in the code. Very rude!

I’m unsure of the workers name but every time I get this female I have the worst customer service! She’s extremely rude and has a tone everytime! Anything we asked was an inconvenience to her. I never leave negative reviews but I am no longer going to this pharmacy due to this one worker. Rest of staff is great and kind, but she ruined it for me.

I love the pictures I have done at Walgreens. Just last night I was at Keokuk Walgreens and was trying to get a canvas picture made. I was having a little trouble so Iaskeda lady that works there by the name Sylvia if she could help me. she was at the front counter also but she went beyond my expectations to help me. this also was not the first time she helped me do pictures. I dont know you Sylvia, but I sure appreciate your help.
