Owner is honest, accommodating, and a fellow veteran. He went out of his way for us.
Ha ha, shame on me, I have to update this review. Owner isn't honest and doesn't take responsibility for his problems.
Mice infestation in our unit - we were only there 4 months! Mice nests, crap and dead babies in our furniture and boxes!!!!!!
There was mouse crap on every single surface - a 10x20 unit filled. We had to throw away all furniture, about five rugs, clothing, etc. Also had to clean everything.
Did I mention the leaks? Yes, leaks into our unit, which saturated many boxes and furniture (nightstands, lamps, loveseat, etc).
The boxes on the bottom, which had been solid, soaked up water, then crumpled causing higher boxes to fall.
When I tried to talk to owner he got defensive immediately, saying he's not responsible, it's in the contract, etc.
But a mouse infestation is so much more than a couple of mice. If I could rate him a minus 5, I would.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS, unless you like mice and water damage.

As well as to be expected we have two large units on rent which obviously means we have too much stuff. After paying several months you realize quickly how much stuff you really don't need. Perhaps when taking a look at a storage unit to house more of your things we should be taking a look at how to repurpose those things for people that have nothing. What a great business to be in.

Perhaps when taking a look at a storage unit to house more of your things we should be taking a look at how to repurpose those things for people that have nothing. What a great business to be in.

I am very dissatisfied with this storage unit. First off, I choose this particular storage facility because he advertised dry floors to protect your belongings, white roof to reduce heat during hot summer days, and insulation in the ceiling to protect from moisture. I wanted my belongings to be safe, secure, protected, and PRESERVED in GOOD condition! That was not my experience! I used one of the personal self storage units for approximately a year (give or take) to store my brand new furniture which included two chairs, an ottoman, a sofa and a recliner, along with three beds and several dressers. When I finally retrieved them, I was appalled at the condition they were in! Almost EVERYTHING I owned was covered in mold, mice fecal matter, and had holes from where mice had been eating thru the furniture. I have quite literally lost just about everything I own and worked so hard for, all while I was paying this storage facility to protect and preserve my belongings. I'm beyond disappointed. I called the owner to try to remedy the situation and he has agreed to come look at my belongings. I truly hope he keeps his word and has every intention on reaching some type of agreement with me. :(

I met the owner, he is super nice and very helpful always. Clean facility, Highly recommended.
