The cardboard box has changed my life. Before the cardboard box came into my life my online buy sell trade business was in complete disarray. I always had packages going to the wrong places, not packaged correctly and customer complaints a mile long. I happened upon the cardboard box by accident one day and I walked in seeing if maybe they had a box that I could mail something with. Before I knew it she had packaged my item perfectly no insurance needed. Ever since then I've been bringing all of my packages to the cardboard box where I am greeted with the most knowledgeable professional service I've ever experienced in all of my years of buy sell trade shipping and receiving. I highly recommend this business for all your shipping and packaging needs.

I walked in and the gentleman greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing and how he could help me.I had an Amazon return and was unsure how to do it. He tried to help and realized it was a format they don't use. He asked the woman to help me.She was very kind. She looked at my phone, cleared my return on the site, re entered it and completed it with the format they use. She explained everything and was so nice. Will definitely be using this store again!!
