I'd rate them 0 stars if possible. Complete scam artists. Refused to give back my deposit because I hadn't gotten this month in despite having thw unit entirely empty by the tenth. I wouldn't even recommend them to a soul. Now, I have to starve and go hungry. Do better

They are unprofessional. Shed was broken into and they said thier cameras do not work which meant they couldnt even capture the make or model of truck being used for hauling stolen items. If people looked down the rows of sheds they will notice just how many have been broken into by the damaged locks and doors. There are no real security lights around the units. Police seem to not watch the place even though doing a stolen items report is done almost daily at these units and right in town they drive by. The owner Dan does sell many items on Ebay and sites similar. I recommend to not do business with this company. They are a very shady business.

Quick to lock and always charge a late fee. Paying in advance with a paper ledger in this case doesn't fill me with confidence I'm getting due credit for my payments. I've paid and although on occasion have gotten it unlocked immediately also have waited up to a week to be able to get in after paying.

Only complaint i have is they have snow removal a 2am and I live right next to the units so the truck at 2am is pretty annoying

Ive had my unit broken into 4 times in the duration i paid for a unit. The owners cared less refuse to show and video doubt cameras even worked. Were double chargeing me and even cut my locks 3 times for no rightful justafiable reasons of cause acted like no biggie and when they did that they left sharp edges on thw door lock latch which sliced me several times. All they would do was say well be more careful and open it like this unsecure unsafe unfriendly

Its what you would expect from a profesionaly run storage rental place. Its paved... Easy to get in and out of. Plenty of room to load or unload... Even a trailer. The units are all relatively new. You pay a bit of a premium for location... But you don't have to drive halfway to the airport everytime you need to get something out.

Room for more is now a pawn shop! They also have storage units available here in many different sizes. Excellent staff very friendly.
