I moved to the area in July. After a bad experience with another bank in town, I went to Connection Bank.They were very professional, kind and helpful. It was so easy to get my account set up and get going. Over the weekend (Friday night, before Chrismas on Monday) I had an issue with an unauthorized online charge to my bank card. I was immediately notified by text, asking if I had authorized it, and given a number to call immediately. My card was immediately frozen. I called this mornig, a new card will be sent out, and my account was restored all funds by end of businesstoday. Very pleased with the quick action taken, and the fact I wasn't given the run around forever.

I've been a customer for a few months now and I have no complaints for what I use my accounts for. All of the employees have been really nice and pleasant to do business with. Sara and the mortgage team have always been very helpful and timely with all requests. The only downsides to having an account here is the limited ATM access (not networked with ATMs outside of their bank locations), and their online portal isn't what you would see with a larger bank. You cannot make ACH transfers to or from external banks through their systrms. Hopefully Connection will look to expand these services soon.

Just like Albers...they never do anything to get or keep your business, as the money just falls in their laps; they talk about customer service, but only assist if it increases their bottom line... Most recently, small claim, asked questions about rate increase, agent JONNA was defensive and resistant when I inquired about why the increase...basically did nothing to help me resolve my inquiry but gave me tons of attitude! (Nice job Jonna) What do you do when a business like CONNECTIONS does nothing but take your money with zero service...You LEAVE and take your business elsewhere✅ (I learned that from SKS)

Never had a single issue! The workers were very kind and took care of my business in a very timely manner. Of course I needed my I.D but EVERY bank requires you to show identification whether you have an account with them or not.

I was treated as if the official court documents I presented to them were false. I was given the complete run around for weeks, on time sensitive matter. If you have real business to conduct dont go here.
