Went Friday afternoon (6/16/23), to replace wife's broken phone. Was waited on by a female. Was very pushy to get us done, condescending, and did not value our business. She was more worried about a family member (cousin), that had come while she was dealing with us. She talked over us to talk to him. Rushed us away from the desk, when we had asked to review our bill to start assisting him. When she could have passed him or us over to another store employee that not with a customer, and seemed to be engaged in anything. He was nice and talked to us while we waiting for the wife phone setup, but when another customer came he was promptly addressing their issues.She then came and had us our bag and said we where free to leave, that we where done. I hope never to have to use this store again.Please note all this is striticly my opinion. Also I will be calling coprarte Monday.

Since Conn's no longer operate the store it has gone to the dogs.Staff added insurance after I told I didn't want it.Lied about the option of returning phone if it didn't work where I live. And added a 35 dollar return charge.Told me repeatedly that SHE was GIVING me 500.00 phone free.Treated customers as if they were a bother.I will never go into that store again.

Advertising a free phone for new or old contracts. I realize there are fees and free is never free. Due to "my old contract"(loyalty),I'm not eligible for an free phone or promotion to go with it. Called next closest office, they said come in and we will get it figured out. Run far and fast

We walked in the store, they robbed us of $30, and we left with nothing. We wanted to get a phone and put our SD card in it. The salesperson sold us the phone and charged us for the activation fee but didn't know her own product well enough to know that it doesn't take an SD card. We needed a phone with more internal storage then, which they didn't have, so even though they couldn't sell us what we wanted and we left with nothing, they kept our money.

The most rude and uneducated staff I have ever came across in my lifetime service with USC.Caught lying to upsell us as well. Will never go back, better off using the USC website and doing entirely everything for yourself.

Walked in..lady said "ugh, I can help you over HERE!" Barely felt like I wanted to sit and talk with her at this point. I asked if I could pay my phone off & cancel my service. She replied "NO I CANT DO THAT, you have to call uscellular to cancel service" giving a snooty face. Wasn't able to pay off my phone as they don't accept cash. Never again will I be back.

Went in to get a new phone after destroying one and Taylor was very helpful and got us going with a new phone. Only negative thing i would say is they don't have enough phones in stock. All these phones on display and they don't have any of them, but the personal service was excellent

The times that I have been to this branch the customer service has been rude, and condescending. It feels as they don't want to help you and only do because they have to in order to keep their jobs. They don't explain things they are doing when setting up a new phone. They hide behind their computers and ignore the customer. Overall it seems like they are there for themselves and no one else.

I've been in the store twice and both times I have had excellent customer service, they are knowledgeable and are willing to help in any way possible. Especially from a young lady named Davera, she is courteous and knowledgeable and absolutely wonderful, I highly recommend this store, and Davera

The US Cellular agent that assisted me this morning in Keokuk Ia was GREAT to work with! He answered ALL my questions & got my new Moto phone linked into my Equinox vehicle screen. I am very pleased!!

Customer service at this establishment is way below average.... they have the market on US Cellular but I would recommend the drive to another town before I suggested this establishment. Rude very rude!
