I lived here for a year after moving from Forest view (Newton IA). great experience once management changed! Brandon is great, it was a very nice apartment, spacious, and affordable !

Friendly place to live. Great neighbors, management reaponds very quickly and really cares about their tenants. Apartments are taken care of, lots of space and storage. Love that they are pet friendly. The application and approval process is quick and easy.
