Ready to take advantage of your bill any chance they can. First month you get a $60 service they charge almost $300. Determined it wasn't enough so went up a speed $50 more. And got charged almost $200. Rude employees talk over you and just tell you tough, pay it or lose it.

Internet is spotty at best. Router that they gave us needs reset twice a month or devices wont connect. Had a tech out twice now and both "fixes" lasted less then a week before back to loss of connection.2 year contract is clearly just a cash grab so customers can't switch the moment they find out the internet is down just as much as it is working. Pay for 1000MBPS and a great day is130MBPS and that doesn't last long. Even with all devices unplugged and only 1 connected never sees more then 130MBPS.We got all of our equipment from them so its clearly a them problem but they blame our devices even tho half of them are less then a year old but get kicked off the router every other week. The day the scam contract ends will be a great day for this family. The 100MBPS internet we had in the country far surpasses the quality of any of this company's internet plans they offer.

Not forthcoming when they have outages or extensive maintenance downage periods. Nice customer service. Long and arduous contracts with no benefits (i.e. cost reduction)

Absolute Trash. Contract expired in 2022. Tried to move services to new location and without consent renewed a 7 year contract that i did not want and now trying to make me pay over 6 grand for the services. Scammers all the way

Only lived in Iowa 3 months, only had the service for 2 months, and it works horribly, right in town near the square! I could spit on the building for how close it is and I still barely have service at home. My phone’s 5g is more reliable. I was disappointed even further when I was told I get to pay for something I can’t use for the next three years! Shysters, for sure.

We were invited to KCTC's open house in Kalona, it was very informative and they gave us chocolate bars, it was based on Golden Ticket, from Willy Wonka, everything was fun...and we had walking tacos, and a chocolate fountain, and fruit and marshmallows for dessert, we won a golden egg with Cadbury egg in it, we were glad to be invited, it was fun..we even got a photo to keep...thanks to staff!!...

I waited so long for KCTC to be in my neighborhood. I was thrilled when they finally were here. Shortly after I had our service installed, we experienced an outage in the evening. We reported our outage and we’re expecting to wait a long time. I was called at about 15 minutes after we placed the outage report. The technician did an amazing job checking things on our side and then check things on his. My Internet was restored within 30 minutes of an outage. I have never had such great customer service in all my years of having Internet through other companies. I totally recommend it.
