I just moved out of Washington County, Iowa, but wanted to leave this review for Joetown Garage. Joetown Garage always provides great service, prices and workmanship. They carry many Volkswagen parts in stock or can get then fast... but they do service on nearly all makes and model vehicles. Scott, the owner, is like family to me. He actually treats me better that many of my relatives! Whenever I have car maintenance needs or experience car troubles, and I have many vehicles, I have always trusted Joetown Garage with service and values information.

Normally I maintenance my vehicles at home so I don't interact with shops that much. This week, I ran into a problem on our 2000 Jetta and to complicate the problem, we are getting ready for a move. I simply did not have time to work on this car. The mechanics at Joetown Garage were very friendly and had great communication. Prices were very reasonable but their expertise in Volkswagen repair is the most valuable part. Even though it is a bit of a jog away from Iowa City, I highly recommend taking any VWs here.
