Awful group of people. I feel anxiety coming near the property let alone coming inside. The manager is hostile, rude, and been caught in lies before. Do yourself a favor, DONT GO TO KALONA until they fire and rehire management. Awful.

Walk in no greeting, 2 employees having a private conversation about no one cleaning at their personal homes, turn around from pizza selection fyi it's only 945pm, go get me 2 Sodas and some chips, they toss away hot food while having an attitude, still trying to bring me into a pointless conversation instead of helping me. Said to clerk I needed that food, didn't care next employee continues to talk over me while still not hearing me that I wanted that hot food. Let's just say, not going for late night snacks. Terrible customer service.

I always get a Chicken bacon ranch pizza and it seems each time I get it it has less and less bacon. It's getting very upsetting.

Stop unloading semis at 8 AM during the week! The truck parks sideways and blocks ALL vehicles/people. You have to duck under their conveyor to even go inside.I’ll be back, but just to run into the conveyor and get a massive settlement. Free donuts for everyone!

I use to like Casey's, but the one where I live has gone through some annoying changes. I remember a time before 2020 when I could pick up a cup of decaf with a snack. Not any more. They installed new coffee dispensers, and "I'm sorry, but they don't dispense decaf." I remember when they're pizza was my favorite, but the last few we have ordered have had much less topping, and tasted worse than I ever remember. Now I find that the wonderful free car tire air pump is no longer free. Air has always been free at Casey's. I guess they like to make changes these days at the customer's expense. They no longer get my business.

No mask enforcement which is a good enough reason to buy stuff here.
