We were traveling and planning on stopping in Des Moines to visit our daughter. Our sweet 12 year old golden had been feeling ill for a couple of days, and we called WVH when we were still a few hours away. Judy, the receptionist, was super kind and told us to come in once we arrived in Des Moines. We received a friendly greeting from Judy, and then very quickly met with the tech Amy, and Dr. Carol. They were so kind, professional, and helped our sweet girl. We are so thankful for the care she received.

It was a Saturday. I was able to text a photo of the problem with my dog. They made an appointment that day. She ended up needing emergency surgery. Everything went well. The cost was way less than I imagined. They were very good at explaining the situation. All the staff from phones to the doctor were great, very nice people! I am so grateful!

Our family’s little Lux had a pretty intense reaction to a bee sting. Westfield’s urgent care got us in and out swiftly, and took excellent care of Lux.

I took my cat here for health services. It ended up not ending well, and we had to euthanize him.
They took such good care of him and my family. Definitely the best treatment from any vet in town.

My regular vet was on vacation so they recommended I take my dog to Westfield. They were able to get me in right away and the receptionist, tech, and vet all gave amazing service. Thank you!

Dr Paulin and staff are top of the line. We have established a pet- patient/doctor relationship that you can only get from a full service vet hospital. They also have urgent care on the weekends so if Charlie needs to see a physician, we can go to our veterinarian clinic where they know us!

Have taken several of my exotic animals to them. Each time was a good interaction but I happened to be a little late to my appointment and they cancelled it. If being ten minutes late due to a flat tire isn’t as important as my animals health, shows you guys are just money hungry. Highly DONT recommend.
