I've has a mail box there since 2014. I often travel as a nurse out of state. The UPS Store can ship me my mail when I call or about once a month. When I shop online I have it sent to the UPS Store for pickup no worries about it being stolen off my porch or driveway. The Store has just been sold so expect some changes as most of the staff are leaving. I've always received friendly and professional service there.

The worst service, do not use this location.
I had a prepaid return label tapped to a package i was returning to dress company Names”ALIEVA” in CA,this dress cost $365, the incompetent lady at the front desk, sent it to a wrong address in NJ and gave me a wrong tracking number that is not on the label, its been one month and when i called this location, instead of them trying to help me trace my package, the man who answered the told me im screaming and argumentative and hung up the phone on me, while i was still talking. Ofcourse im “argumentative” because i am black and im asking questions about a package i dropped off at your location and your staff is incompetent to scan a simple label. Now i have to go through the painful process of filing a claim with UPS simply because, the employees on this location are extremely unprofessional and incompetent and vehemently refuse to help. Laying the blame on the driver, the label etc he blamed everything and anyone but take accountability for their mistake

June 14, 2024. My wife just returned from returning an Amazon package and picking up an item that needed to be signed for. She told me she had the worst experience that she has ever had at a UPS store! This dude made her cry! Instead of driving to the store, I’m writing this review. UPS, fire this guy! He belittled her and made her feel unwelcome in the store. I’m still fuming. I should say that he and I are both lucky the store closed before I could make my way there. I will not be going there as I hope people of UPS will handle this internally. Thank you, UPS for your years service to the American people;-) Don’t let this guy ruin it.

Delivered package to wrong apartment number. 201 and 203 look similar apparently. Delivery photo looks like it was taken by a rotten potato. Lucky for me I have a door camera and could prove that the package was delivered to the wrong door of my thief of a neighbor. Not that ups was any help in recovering of the package, no no you have to fill out a stupid form on their website and provide a ton of information. Yours and the shippers. Honestly the reputation of ups is very well earned as I've only had poor experiences. I don't like leaving bad reviews but after so many poor experiences I felt the need to. Do better please.

We have had a great relationship with the UPS store both with the staff but also the services available at the UPS store Our small business works more smoothly because of our relationship with our local UPS store.

I went to the UPS Store located at 8805 Chambery Blvd #300, Johnston, at 8 am on Jan 25th. Google and the store signage stated the store opened at 8 am. I waited 40 minutes and watched a dozen and a half cars come and go before I had to leave. Another person waiting with me stated he was at the store the previous morning, and was not open at 8:10 am. I left three phone voice messages for management to call me in hopes of dropping off my package at this location. I received no response. I am very disappointed.

Tried to charge me money to take back my Amazon return. UPS delivered that package to me like that. My Amazon QR code says they will pack and ship it. This was the first time and last time I will use go to this location. I have been using 2 other places for about 4 years and have never had this issue.
