Truly Nails provided an amazing experience today for my Mom, niece and Me. It as our first time visiting and we really appreciated their attention to detail, friendly atmosphere and overall great job!! My 14 yr old niece kept telling me that we need to go. We’ll be back! Highly recommend.
Cleanliness: Salon was very clean! Everything was sanitized.

Great experience from start to finish. I didn't have an appointment so they accommodated me as a walk in. I was greeted immediately and staff was very pleasant. I requested gel polish and they provided me with 3 book portfolios and as many color trays to choose from. This was my first visit here but it won't be my last. Recommend!
Stylist: My nail tech was Phuong. She was professional and efficient. Her foot/leg massage was very relaxing.

I received a dip nail manicure. They have so many colors it is hard to decide. I got an ombré style and was very pleased with the results. The staff are so nice and very competent. The shop is very nice!
Cleanliness: The shop is very nice and clean. They use very sanitary methods in providing services.
Stylist: My natural nails are thin and very brittle. Since i started having the dip nails done, my natural nails have grown and improved so I can get a manicure without tips! So if you have bad nails this is a good product to make them grow and be more healthy! Lona did them this time. She did a great job and took her time and I was very pleased with the results. All of the stylists are very good and nice.

Decide to spring and get my toes done. Seeing my high school sweetheart for the first time since 2009. Got two pedicures mine and a friend. Paid extra for gel for us both so the paint lasts longer. It has been one week and half of my toes have no paint what so ever. I Called and the owner and he offered to repaint them the next day for free. I told him I didn't get off til 6 and he said that was fine just come on by. So the next day I come on by! Now this is where things get terrible. I show up after work today. I arrived at 6:10. They close at 6:30 but the owner told me to swing by when I'm off at 6, So I did and NO ONE is there. They closed early. I called and he answered and arughed with me for 30 minutes about how I should have called first and they closed early because they were slow. Like I didn't just talk to him yesterday. And I told him I was off at 6. Not only did it not get fixed. But he told me to go somewhere else and get them repainted. THEN he said if I send him a picture of the receipt he will venmo me the amount. This is the worst experience and worst pedicure I've ever had! I will be making a dispute with my bank. And as a customers of 7 years, I WILL NEVER give them another try.
