If I could leave zero stars for this business overall I would. We are now at our 3rd location to cancel a membership that we have been trying to cancel for awhile now. We were assured at the last location on Friday that it would be taken care of. Today I see another charge on our account. We have stopped in at 3 locations, called, filled out the online request to cancel 5 times, and called some more. Such a scam!

I recently visited the carwash and was pleased with the service. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. I would definitely give the carwash a 4 out of 5 stars.

Please avoid! These people are scammers! You can’t cancel the membership in the 30days they tell you! And they charge you more than what they said they would. I would recommend Mister car wash or any other car wash other than this crooked shop!

As a matter of fact, I like the way they wash my car, and I like the attendant that takes care of me, but when it comes to canceling my membership, it's kind of a headache as it's really hard to cancel if I can't get the person to let me.
