“The process of renting a unit went very smoothly. Your rental agent, Torrence, was very helpful and courteous. The property appears to be well taken care of. My only complaint was that there was a discrepancy in the pricing between your properties. There was a difference of about $40 per month between your Clive and WDM locations. The WDM location would be more convenient for me, but a $400 difference in cost was prohibitive.”

They made check in and check out fast, easy and without a ton of bureaucracy. The fact that they have someone staff the office regularly makes a huge difference as well.”
