“My mom has lymphedema. In the past 6 months it has gone from manageable with a daytime compression sleeve to unmanageable. With the help of Deb we were able to custom order a night compression sleeve that was worn 24/7 for a few weeks and begin the process of reducing the fluid in her arm. We are now at the point of moving to a daytime garment and nighttime garment. My mom lives 2 1/2 hours from Des Moines. Deb goes out of her way to accommodate seeing our mom. Mom is 80, no longer drives, I live in San Diego part time and my sister is a medical professional. Needless to say it take some series maneuvering to get mom to DSM. We appreciate Deb and her staff!!”
“Wonderful,amazing customer service!!!! My Cpap machine stopped working on Saturday and I called the next day, just thinking I would leave a message and hear back on Monday, but the lady that answered their answering service was Wonderful. She got ahold of the on call lady and after talking me through some troubleshooting she determined I needed a new power cord which she brought to me that day, she even was willing to drop it off at my mother in laws house since I was at work so it wouldn't be sitting out on my porch all evening. Everyone I have met working with this company has been super sweet and very knowledgeable. Thank you all for everything.”

“Open on Saturdays! Thank you, Nigel!
While traveling far away from home, we woke up in our hotel to the smell of a very hot wheelchair battery that instead of charging overnight, went rogue and blew up. Saturday morning in Des Moines and a flight out on Sunday. I was majorly stressed. HAPPILY, Central States Mobility is OPEN on Saturdays from 10-2. I was there at 10 with my still-toasty lumpy battery, and Nigel had me back up and running in under an hour with new batteries & charging cable. Price was absolutely fair, despite it being a true emergency and him knowing that - and my chair is once again carrying me instead of me pushing it (which was *much* slower!)
I 100% recommend Nigel!”
