The folks at J-Town were able to quickly get my diesel truck in when no one in the metro could get me scheduled earlier than 7 days out. They were transparent, professional, and gave me additional guidance beyond the repair I needed. I won’t be taking my truck anywhere else from here on out!

Very solid shop. Willing to work on any type of vehicle. Took my class A RV Diesel Pusher in they took care of the problem. Also had them work on a full side van. They did great work, also offer tire services. Very friendly, has the small town shop feel. Will be back in the future.

I took my classic 61 Buick in for brake work, and a broken bolt in the exhaust system. They identified the vacuum leak in the power brake system, fixed a rear brake seal, and repaired the exhaust manifold. Then, while waiting for parts, put a new transmission pan gasket on since she was leaking. Excellent work and fair price. Very knowledgeable

There are a lot of really good mechanics in Iowa, But J-Town Auto will always be my "Go To" for everything. They have exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable technicians, Their customer care is next level and they make you feel like you're comming to a family friend, rather than a buisness. They have never failed to solve my vehicle problems, and I have given them some real nightmares! If you're new to the area or needing a new mechanic, I suggest you give these guys a try, I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

Poor work. I was going through a hard time in my life when I paid him a good amount of money to repair my truck. On my way home from his shop I broke down over heating issue come to find out he used SELF TAPPING SCREWS to hold my fan shroud to my radiator. Not the kind of work I'd expect from a 1,000.00 plus bill.

I have been taking my truck and wifes SUV to J-Town for the last 6 months and J-Town is always honest and has great prices. Won't be going anywhere else except to J-Town. Thank you Trevor for everything and nice to have that comfort of having a local mechanic who you can trust with your car needs.

Trevor has worked on our cars for years, and then our kids' cars when they became old enough to drive and started driving our two older cars. My daughter and I were recently going to drive to Idaho together, and she got her car into Trevor at the last minute to make sure it was safe for a long drive like that. It needed some serious work, including new front brakes, but he did it quickly in time for us to leave for the trip. Her car is a 2005 Subaru with a 2012 engine, but it's definitely seen better days. On the way to Cheyenne, it seemed like it was acting up a little, so I called Trevor the next morning and just to be safe he called a shop in Cheyenne that would look at the repairs he did under warranty and make sure all was ok. They got us in right away that morning and they just found an oxygen sensor that needed to be replaced but wasn't serious. They even pressure-checked some things Trevor had done and found it all checked out fine. It was just good to have that peace of mind. Trevor was looking out for us even while we were on the road, and I would recommend J-Town Auto if you want a shop that cares about you - not just your car.
