βGreat experience today. Took my puppy. The manager was warm and welcoming. The manager went above and beyond. She was wonderful at customer service and my puppy. My puppy loves the store but got too excited. The staff was very helpful. Again the manager was amazing. She is a great person.β
βThis store is my favorite Harbor Freight location mainly because of it's location and inside item arrangement. But mostly, it's my favorite because of the friendly and helpful service provided by the pretty cashier of color, whose name I do not know. She is just a ray of sunshine to customers. She is a very valuable asset to the store and company.β

There was one time I had an issue with a rewards gift card not working and the lady did not help with it. But all the other times I've gone there they've been very helpful. Always helped me find what I needed. The tools they have are great quality too. I like the selection they have. And I like the website they have to be able to look at the inventory they have online if I'm looking for a tool and want to save time trying to find it before I drive there. Good tools. Good service. Great selection. Helpful staff.
And they have good deals also.β

βWe just visited the Woodsmith store and was helped by Rick in the staining area. He was a wealth of knowledge and spent a lot of time with us talking about different stains, pros/cons, and what would work best for our project. Amazing customer service, beyond impressed!β
βAlways super friendly and helpful! Last night I had a plumbing issue. I called 5 minutes prior to closing and they confirmed they would stay open for me to get there. Just amazing service!! I think his name was Seth, who was actually outside waiting for me to pull up and walked me back to the plumbing section and another employee help us find exactly what I needed!β
βGreat local hardware shop. They typically have what I need and their rewards program helps them stay competitive with Walmart and Amazon. Plus it's way more convenient then trying to find something in the bigger hardware/ home improvement stores.β

βI started off a little frustrated, looking for a set of suspenders that were integral to my sons Halloween costume tomorrow. From some interet research we were able to see that this store had what we needed. So I stopped in on the way home from the office. After not seeing them where I thought they would be I asked for help. The staff went above and beyond to find the target product in a strange part of the store, thank you for saving Halloween!!!β

β2-25-25 visit time 9:00 a.m. Abbie was a great help. Very friendly easy to talk to and seemed to enjoy her job. She knew where everything I needed was and took the extra few mins from what she was doing to help find what I needed. The lady at the self checkout on the other hand needs to take lessons on how to treat customers. She was rude and not very helpful. I needed approval for something I bought and I pointed it out to her and she said " It didn't say that" when clearly at the bottom of the item on the screen it was red with an exclamation point and said approval needed.β
βI can usually find what I need, and the staff is always helpful and willing to admit they just don't understand what I'm trying to do (I have really weird ideas sometimes).β
βOne of the employees, maybe the owner helped me find the parts and tools I needed so fast that I was able to make it into the office even earlier than I do on a normal day.I really appreciated that I can buy single washers for 10 to 15 cents a piece rather than spending $5 or $6 on a bag at a big box hardware store and getting way more than I need that I'll probably never be able to find again if I would actually need them again.β
