There was one time I had an issue with a rewards gift card not working and the lady did not help with it. But all the other times I've gone there they've been very helpful. Always helped me find what I needed. The tools they have are great quality too. I like the selection they have. And I like the website they have to be able to look at the inventory they have online if I'm looking for a tool and want to save time trying to find it before I drive there. Good tools. Good service. Great selection. Helpful staff.

“I was in Bomgaars a few weeks ago looking for a cinch for my horse when I met Ian. He greeted me with a friendly smile and was knowledgeable in helping me determine a good choice for my horse. I love horse talk and enjoyed swapping a few horse stories and showing off a pic or two of my “baby”. Ian really seems to care about people and providing an excellent customer experience. It is much appreciated! In addition to the customer experience I am impressed with the variety and brands this store carries. I’ll definitely be back!”

I love that they are open 7 days a week--helpful with last minute projects. The staff is friendly and helpful. Ace has an extensive selection of all sorts of hardware, home, garden items. I love browsing, never know what I'll find! The website is great for ship to home or an in-store pickup.

“We’ve had a lot of issues with the Home Depot Credit card since we got it last year. Citibank seems to have very little idea of what they are doing, which unfortunately reflects poorly on Home Depot. Brandon at the customer service desk went above and beyond to help us get everything sorted out even though it took several calls and about an hour of time. He was patient and made sure we had everything we needed before we left. Brandon needs a raise ?”
