Mat has been my agent for many years now. He has my home, auto AND business insurance. Being a contractor, I work with all of the insurance companies and see how they treat their customers. Does not follow corporate policies. There was no need to access my policy rather just sign a document that corporate sent saying any agent can sign. Not sure why it is difficult to sign a document that is from a company that you are super to be representing.

I decided it was time to shop for new insurance. I moved my auto, house and umbrella policies to Farmers. Mathew Johnson was very helpful in comparing the old policies to new ones. I am saving money and have better coverage. I like knowing I have an agent I can ask questions and get a timely answer. Thumbs up to Mathew Johnson at Farmers Insurance.
