Fareway Stores: Exceptional Service and Top-Quality Offerings
Faraway Stores are a breath of fresh air. While other grocery stores, used Covid to drop their customer service levels, Fareway never followed suit.
Fareway continues to excel in delivering outstanding customer service and attention to detail. Every time I shop there, I'm impressed by the friendly, plentiful staff who are always available to assist, whether it's answering questions or helping to find an item. A standout feature is their commitment to carry-out service, something you don't see often nowadays. They ensure that you're taken care of from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave.
Fareway still staffs real people at their checkout lines, offering a personal touch that's increasingly rare. You never feel rushed, and there’s always a friendly face greeting you.
Fareway's meat department is also top-notch. Overall Fareway delivers a shopping experience that’s not just convenient but genuinely pleasant. Definitely the only store I shop at for my grocery needs.

Johnston fareway my absolute favorite place to go to get groceries. Don't always like their priced but all the employees are pretty awesome people. Super friendly.

Prices have got higher then competitors and they don't use there heads when they sack groceries really you put milk in with bananas unreal

We love the Johnston Iowa Fareway grocery store and meat market. The service is always excellent and super friendly. Food prices are fair and the choices at the meat counter are the best.
