Not sure the name of the young lady (long Brown hair in a pony tail) who helped me in the drive thru but she was very kind! She made my drink perfect and made sure my order was correct! Excellent customer service. Thank you so much!

I ordered two turkey, EGG and cheese wake up wraps and they BOTH had NO EGG!! I frequent different locations and have never had an issue. This location seems to always forget something.

This is the second Dunkin I have tried in the Des Moines area. They have gotten my drinks wrong 2 out of the 4 times I have been there. I don't think I'll be back and will stick with the store on University.

I came to this DD for the first time today- Sunday afternoon around 2pm. When I walked in, there was a mom and her young son waiting for their food. I was at the counter for several minutes before anyone came out to greet me- but one they came out from the back, I didn’t even get greeted- I just got looked at. I asked if I could make an order and one girl was training and didn’t know what to do- but did her best at the register and then someone at the drive thru stared honking as they must have been forgotten about as well?Being new to DD, I asked for assistance with the mobile app and no one knew how to help me. I ordered an iced coffee, and a wrap with hasbrowns. Everything came out at different times- coffee first which was ok, then my wrap and finally the hashbrowns. The hasbrowns were still frozen inside and the main girl working told the trainee to “heat them up again”. Several minutes later they came out and were now overcooked.I’m not sure why the main girl in charge has been left alone to run the store but has no business training and playing manager. I didn’t get an apology for my wait, or that the browns were still frozen or a “thanks for stopping in” when I got up to leave.I experienced very poor customer service today and that is really unfortunate as I have no desire to come back. Tropical Smoothie Cafe is just next door- I think I’ll stick with them from now on.

This is my local Dunkin, so I'll start off by saying this is the location I'll continue going to since it's so convenient. The drinks are always perfect. The inside is nearly always nice and clean. However, some of the staff seems unkind or has a negative attitude, even when I'm overly kind to them which isn't my favorite. The donuts are iffy depending on the day. Some days they're soft and perfect, other they're tough and crunchy - and I go there at the same time each time I go - around 7am. They get behind on pickup orders frequently, so even if you order ahead, you still might have to come in and wait awhile for your order. Today they seem to have a manager on site who is very friendly and kind! I recommend it if you're close by, but be aware it might not be a perfect experience some folks would like.

This place should be avoided. They are so slow! I have been here multiple times and it is the same every time. Drive up lane is terribly slow. They need new management. Today with 3 cars in front of me, it took 15 minutes to receive my order.

Basically felt like a Starbucks experience. We ordered dark roast coffee & another drink, then paid (bill & tip) and waited. Little while later our other drink was ready and we find out (they waited until then to tell us) they are out of dark roast and just have regular. Why didn't one of 3 employees ,standing around chitchatting, check right when it was ordered? Super unprofessional to proceed to wait until last minute to tell us they couldn't fill our order. Annoying they didn't offer refund or anything just regular. Other drink wasn't full either. Whatever. Shop looked clean and other drink we ordered tasted ok (not great - too much milk) but for the money, meh customer service, and disappointment; we will not recommend or go back. Sad that the Kum&Go across the road would have made things right (one way or another) from the start and cost at least half the price (including a donut) plus way faster. Friedrichs is just down the street in Urbandale and worth the short drive imo.

I really like their doughnuts. The staff and service at this store is ridiculous, however. Expect a long wait and that their staff will barely acknowledge you. They STILL have the stupid glass barriers up inside, which makes communication with their staff difficult.

I LOVE Dunkin Donuts and get it when I can, but lately the service has been disappointing. The ONLY person I’ve observed doing any decent work is the red head girl Lily who takes my order every time, makes it, and gives it to me. No one else in this location seems to care as much or put in work of any quality near hers. I’d leave a 5 star review if I were just reviewing Lily, however the work I’ve observed being put in by others is just disappointing… it seems like they also rely on her to do just about everything.. Unfair! I hope that this changes soon or else I will not be coming anymore.

Some of the worst service I’ve ever encountered at any fast food restaurant. Placed a mobile order for a single drink and 4 food items. Took 30 minutes of waiting inside the store to receive my order. Asked twice about the status of my order and was told I’m just gonna have to keep waiting. Store was not very busy and saw many drive thru orders get prioritized and cooked before they even started making any of my items. Had like six employees working and at least 2 of them were just standing around during this entire time. Won’t be returning to Dunkin’ and I recommend you don’t order anything besides a donut or coffee if you come here.
