Staff was very helpful and can provide any necessary PPE if needed. They even helped me fix the screw on my red dot mount free of charge.

I attended the Law & Self Defense class 04/2024 and am happy that I did. Amanda is an excellent and knowledgeable instructor. The training content was thought provoking and she broke it down very well. If you carry, you owe it to yourself to take this course. Highly recommend.

If you have a chance to talk to Keith at the desk, he comes across as a know it all and he's too important to talk to you. Plus he interrupts your question as he doesn't have the time or patience for it. I won't be coming back.

Recently moved here, and needed a new indoor range. This was the closet one to me, and I truly enjoyed my time here. Friendly service, and a clean, modern indoor range.

Simple but professional registration, very good instruction and uncomplicated handling.

All my guns jammed! Worst. Day. Ever.
Five guns, five failures. Each click a punch to the gut, each jam a jolt of icy fear. This wasn't just frustrating, it was a gut punch.

I've been going to Crossroads for the last 3 years to shoot, and have bought a gun or two from them. Usually this place is my go to indoor gun range/store. However, to the guy who said he "Hates when people come in and say their buddy told them about a gun, and who knows maybe that buddy is [r-word]... I love what PSA is doing for the seconds amendment, but Geissele is better than PSA" all you do is make yourself and the store come out as snobby and arrogant. You left such a bad impression, just wanted to warn others so they're not harassed by some snob behind the counter for asking about potentially shipping PSA to crossroads and being told just to pony up and buy a Glock instead.

I really appreciate CrossRoads Shooting Sports. They organized an outstanding “Baretta and Langton Tactical Day” at the range today. I was able to look at and shoot a wide variety of pistols and rifles that were on display. What an excellent opportunity to try out different firearms with the experts right there to answer questions. The icing on the cake was the “LTT Range Experience” conducted by Aimee and Ernest Langdon. Together, they conducted a spectacular training session. I learned so much from both. I didn’t want the session to end.Shout out to Mack, Eithen, and Keith for arranging this day. Another reason I am glad I became a member at CrossRoads Shooting Sports.
