I ordered a pizza with ham and beef. What I got, was a pizza with Canadian bacon and sausage. (Yes, the order form offers both ham and Canadian bacon). I can make my peace with the Canadian bacon, but the unexpected sausage has been tearing up my stomach for an hour and counting.

Gas is expensive here. For E15 gas, they charge the same price as E10 at other places and there is no option for E10. If you drive two minutes to Kum & Go, they were charging 15 cents less for E15 gas. The Casey's rewards program doesn't work either.

Used to be one of the only places in North des moines area to offer 93 octane but now offers 91. My vehicle requires 93 so this disappoints me.

Fantastic place for lunch if you're looking for a single, tiny, crusty old slice of pizza. Also, it's great if you like biscuits and gravy that expired an hour ago. Fantastic.

This morning at 4:30 am I blew a tire on the road in front of this Casey’s. With 15 minutes to get to work, no idea how to change a tire, and no idea how to change I tire I pulled into this Casey’s to see if I could find assistance. Thankfully an employee named Jacob answered the door and said he could assist with changing the tire so I could get to work. Not only did he teach me how to change my tire, but he also kept kind conversation which helped my already frantic mindset. Even though I didn’t purchase anything from the Casey’s, if this is the type of people they employ I would HIGHLY recommend stopping here. Thank you Jacob!!

The cooks only cook the easy dishes and multiples of them and then leave said dishes in the hot box well past their old dried out phase. They only make egg based foods in the mornings so that the only things you can buy from the menu are breakfast pizza, breakfast burritos, egg and cheese crescents and has browns. Seldomly do they ever make biscuits and gravy, but when they do, the biscuits are hard and the gravy lacks flavor.

Hardly any food at lunchtime coolers almost never filled. Parking lot always a mess. One of the worst Casey's in Des Moines in my opinion.

Our family stops almost every Sunday morning for breakfast and the staff has always been very nice especially the cook with the dreds. He has on multiple occasions stopped what he was doing to come and chat and make small talk with a complete stranger.

I understand every Individual business can require masks, even after the Governor killed the mask mandate. Visit this Casey’s store daily. Walked in this morning, not the normal greeting, today was do mind putting on your mask. I said I do mind, turned to walk away, and at that point is where I decided to leave this review. The gentlemen said it’s okay, come back, at that point I said nope going somewhere else. For all you reading this thinking well this guy is wrong. That’s fine...I tested negative yesterday and tested for antibodies, which I have as well, because I’m traveling out of country 2moro. I know the cashier with his mask just barely covering his mouth he no idea of that. The greeting was way over the top about the masks.
