Can you give a place 0 stars? Well got an email about fraud on my online banking login. Go to the branch they say I dont have online banking and proceed to tell me the email is fake. Say let’s just close the account I’m done this is when they are like well no you don’t need to do that and try to keep me from getting my money. Failed to close my account and put it on a credits only status all while still sending physical checks to my utility company resulting in charges. where they go that sucks that’s on you when the account was supposed to be closed and no checks mailed out. Took over 2 weeks to close my account multiple trips the the branch online isn’t much better. I swear I think they get bonus for making people mad and being stupid. Tried to say they can’t close my account unless to buy $30 in checks to get the money out. ??♀️

Although the lobby and office were closed to the public, they let us in for notary services.

This branch never considers their customers’ time a priority. Don’t come here during your lunch break, it will become your whole lunch break. The sloth pace at which you all work is quite frankly astounding.

Bank of the West always goes above and beyond when in comes to ANY issues I have with my checking account. Even when the fault is all mine. I truly appreciate you guys! Thank-you so much. I wrote this under my local bank location but same goes for their 1-800 number as well.

We've banked at the Johnston branch for years and have always received great service. We rely on them for all our accounts, from checking through loans. We enjoy the small town feel of this branch.

NEVER USE THEIR MOBILE DEPOSIT APP!!! They won't even help you over the phone. They place a hold on the deposit for 10 days and not tell you! Then can't even help a customer while on the phone. Doesn't give accurate information either. WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE
