Bought a 2017 Ford Escape with $110,000 miles on it, but unfortunately the water pump went out around 2 weeks later. It was nobody’s fault, just bad timing! And expected for a car with that many miles on it.
The cost for labor alone to fix the vehicle was high, and Audi Des Moines helped make it right by helping with the cost to repair it, which was extremely generous of them. Would recommend them any day!

Don't plan on getting reliable communication through anyone here. Obviously, this company and their people do not strive for honesty or keeping their word. Bunch of liars and smoozers. Go elsewhere for your car needs. I heard the Granger dealership is better. ?

Just got back from getting service done at this dealership. I provided a $50 coupon prior to service. I came in to do an oil change. While waiting, I was advised that brake fluid service and cabin air filter service would be recommended. Sure, it has been a while I authorized that. After looking at the final numbers, I don't see the $50 credit anywhere. Unless the car wash and vacuuming (that I didn't want or request) was free of charge? That is the only thing on the receipt that I can see that adds to $50 of value. I feel mislead by the coupon that was sent to me by the dealership. I feel like I didn't receive a $50 credit and this was just sent to me to try and up charge me. Another $18.47 was added on as misc. charges. Will give the dealership the opportunity to rectify this if they would like to. Won't bring my car to be serviced here again if not.

I’m editing my review because I am impressed with Brett the sales manager who contacted me after reading my initial review. Brett did not make excuses for how I was initially treated. Brett was exceptionally professional and sincerely wanted to apologize. He did not try to change my mind about the purchase I wanted to make. I made the decision to stand behind the offer I initially made believing it was a fair offer for the dealership and me. A good negotiation should always end with both sides feeling the deal is fair. I’m pleased to say with Brett’s help I purchased a 2018 Lexus and would gladly work with Brett in the future.
FWIW - Brett and his team even went the extra mile to work the sale with me while I was traveling out of state. When I got to the dealership everything was 100% ready to go. I gave them the keys for my trade in, the salesman took me through the bells and whistles and I was on my way in 30min.

The sales manager George was unprofessional and disrespectful. I was up front that I was shopping IDENTICAL used Lexus with Audi DM and a dealer in KC. Both vehicles were listed on CARFAX. I showed George what I was comparing. He made me an offer to consider. I went and considered his offer after he said “what do we have to do to save you a trip to KC”. I thought about it after leaving and decided to make an offer. George did not like my offer which my research indicated was reasonable. George called and belittled me and disrespected me. Completely unprofessional:(

I offered to pay their sticker price Cash but was told I must purchase their add on by Bosnian guy named Elvis. We didn't come to deal and they told me they WOULD FOLLOW UP WITH A CALL after taking my number and NEVER DID. I'm all fine with not making a deal but, if your gonna state that your gonna follow up with me and try to earn my business...DO IT? Just saying.

I found my Audi online and contacted John to assist me with the purchase. He made the everything very easy. I am from out of state and when I arrived to look at the vehicle it was very clean and ready for me to drive. Thank John, I love my new Audi!!!

I've always had a great service experience at the Audi service department, when you actually can get in for service. The three star rating is due to the fact that appointment wait times are now up to 3+ weeks, which isn't a problem for routine maintenance visits, but is a huge problem for unexpected repairs. How is anyone supposed to feel confident in driving an Audi when an inevitable mechanical failure will have their car sidelined and on a waiting list for weeks? Last year, my car's battery reached the end of its life cycle, so I bought a replacement, but it was going to take 3 weeks for them to have an appointment time to plug my car into a computer to program the new battery. Who has time to park their car for 3 weeks over a battery? This time, my car is down a cylinder, most like due to a stuck fuel injector, but again they can't get anyone in for service for 3 weeks. I'm not sure why there's such a long waitlist for service at this dealership, but the management needs to re-evaluate what they're doing and either expand their service center to meet demand for repairs, or increase incentives to attract more technicians if they're shorthanded. Until then, I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere. If you're in need of routine service and can plan accordingly, this service department is top notch and will take good care of you. If you're experiencing an unplanned breakdown or service need, don't even bother calling them.

Purchased a used car over the phone. Rob perfectly described the vehicle for us. He included a detailed write up on its condition and clearly identified any flaws prior to us making a deal. Once at the dealership, the vehicle was ready for a test drive and was incredibly clean. We were in and out in under 45 minutes. Very happy with our experience and Rob’s honestly. Thanks again!
