I was in a real bind as my car had an issue as I was traveling from Nebraska to Chicago. I was towed to the Audi dealership after closing hours. I arrived back at Audi at 7:30 in the morning when the service department opened. This was a Saturday morning and it was obvious they were very busy with scheduled appointments, but they got to my car and I was on my way much sooner than I could've ever expected. Robyn, with whom I communicated most, was very understanding of my dilemma and I know she was instrumental in getting the ball rolling so I could be on my way to visit my grandchildren. My thanks to Audi and the Audi staff in Des Moines.

Went in for “routine” maintenance on a car I bought new a few years ago. Quoted $270 upfront, and expected it to take maybe 1-2 hours. 4+ hours and almost $1,000 later, less than impressed.

Audi Des Moines Dealership treated me with respect. The service was so fast that I xouldnt believe it myself. Of all dealership that I have been through, Audi Des Moines dealership gave me the best time and experience regarding efficiency and welcoming attitude. I would recommend to visit this dealership for my friend and family.

I just bought a car from this dealership. Overall a pretty good experience.
Pros.. the salesman (Mike) was good and genuine. He did a nice job in finding the car I wanted at a fair price. I love the new car and got what I wanted.
Cons.. The price was advertised at a fair rate but then they added things like theft protection and car warrantry to it that used to be optional. I negotiated the theft protection out but couldnt get the car warranty part fully removed, which was disappointing.
Also, they offered me an offensive amount for my trade in. It was more than 4k lower than the kelly blue book for trade ins and 10k less than than dealer retail. This was for one of their former certified cars rhat was well kept and still had low miles. I just kept it and bought the car I wanted but lost some confidence in the overall purchase process.

Unfortunately we did not have a great experience. When we bought our car with Audi we bought a lifetime oil changes through them. Now that we are using it they have tried to limit the amount of oil changes we get to 2/year although our contract stated 4/year. When they wouldn’t change the details in the computer so we can use our 4 oil changes they offered for us to come into their service dept to obtain the oil change while they work on the issue on their end. During the service appt, they attempted to have my husband sign a contract stating we have used all of our oil changes and this would stop the contract, leaving us with no more oil changes. To say the least they have been difficult to help us honor what we signed up for.

The service staff was very helpful in determining the level of service i needed for my 2012 Audi A7. Pricing i thoughtvwas very fair.

Was having an intermittent problem with my MMI. Ended up being the control module. Dealer put me in a loaner and ordered the part. Took them a little longer to get the part in, but when they did, they got my car back in the rotation for the shop and got me back up and running.

The Audi service team did a very good and efficient job with the overall auto inspection and oil change of my vehicle. They also found some items which will need some
