Never (or very rarely) answer phones for inquiries. Direct emails or utilization of “Contact” method on the website go unanswered. Banking services are awesome. Complete garbage customer service.

Try to call to ask a simple question and they either ignore the call or hang up on you. Poor bank services and poor employees working

Teresa was amazing to work with when I was applying for my house loan. She took the time to answer all of my questions. It was a fast process as she took care of mostly everything. I just had to sign the papers. I highly recommend Teresa at People's Bank.
