I went to order a cake and stood at the bakery for over 20 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. I ordered the cake a full week before the event. When I showed up on 4/6 to pick up the cake I was told it hadn’t been done. I will give Tammy credit as she called someone to find out what was going on and then fixed the situation to the best of her ability; what if Tammy hadn’t been there? This store is getting trashier by the day. A friendly smile in every aisle? Hardly. You’ve lost another piece of my business.

They made me a fantastic cake. They always make fantastic cakes but today’s was very special today’s was the Trump cake.

I normally shop their produce section but I bought 2 red bell peppers from there 2 days ago and I went to cut them open and they're already moldy. Not happy bout it! Really need to switch out your produce!

I have been shopping at HYVEE Wilson Ave since the 1970's !! Always providing best customer service and experience! There is absolutely no reason for any negative comments about this company/location! During this current crisis they have responded by doing everything to keep up with difficult challenges especially supply & demand! They have maintained 100% great service/goods and safety to all their customers and employees. Thank you Hy-Vee!

They cancelled my order while I waited 6 days to get it. They cancelled the day of. They serviced 6 other pick up orders while I exposed myself at the store. I understand we are in unique times, but they could have rescheduled. Many of the people older are using this option.
