I love their Pizza especially the garbage Pizza they have a new one out called the beef brisket that's awesome too!!! The person taking orders is a great listener and asked us a lot of questions about what we want on our pizza and how we want it cooked. He fulfilled every little tiny thing we asked for and they keep track of how many pizzas we've ordered and they gave us our free one when it's time. We never know when it's time but they give it to us. And all together, it's a great place to eat. They have wonderful Pizza, sandwiches, and a little bit of everything. And friendly faces and lots of laughs when you encounter the employees there.

Casey's is my favorite gas station so it really disappoints me to feel compelled to share this, but it's been brewing in my mind ever since so here is my experience at Jefferson Caseys. I was a patron on December 18, 2022 sometime in the morning after 7:00 am. I have no idea what the female employees name was but I witnessed very discriminatory behavior. She treated a young adult male as though he was "less than" her. She was clearly putting this young man's situation into a box of her own stereotypical assumption. It was extremely disappointing to watch someone be dehumanized due to no fault of his own. He had not broken any laws. He was not harassing or bothering anybody. Wheres the empathy? The compassion? The humanity? A police officer helped out this young man and affirmed he shouldn't have been treated as such. I've had the opportunity to also meet and talk to this man after the incident and of course he has his struggles like the rest of us, but he was kind. He was outgoing. He shared his perspective of the situation. He also shared his goals, dreams, and future plans with me. He is human. We are human. Carroll Casey's employees have never treated anyone like that which made this incident that more appalling. The worst part? The man asked for a form or to go through the process of filing a complaint and the worker absolutely refused to inform him how to do so.

Apparently when you order a taco pizza this is what they give you and they also don’t give you any sauce for your cheesy breadsticks. Highly dissatisfied.

Very few of the staff are nice and/or respectful at all. It seams like they have a tough time keeping the drinks stocked alot of days. I hear very unprofessional and very inappropriate joke or comments made almost every single time I go in. I find that I'd rather the kitchen staff help me check out then the staff who are supposed to meet you with a friendly face and act professional. I have been very disappointed with this store for a rather long time now. I mean I should know, I was just fired because of other staff lying about me when Camara footage would clearly show the truth. To sum this place up, it have rather poor customer service, there have been many complaints about the staff and management there, sent to corporate and even taken to the store manager. The store still remains the same. New management would make the store 1 million times better.

Pizza 10 minutes late. Not fully cooked. Ordered half supreme and half pepperoni. Got 1/3 supreme and 2/3 pepperoni. May never go back!

I ordered a large taco pizza with no veggies and 20 piece wings when I arrived to pick up my order and they were really nice about adding them to my order after my pizza was already done got home to eat and my pizza and wings were delicious thank you and great job keep up the good work and thanks again.
