“UPS package said it was delivered, but was not. I called this location, they knew exactly what to do and what the situation was. Man on the phone was very calm and understanding, went to look for my package in the back and found it immediately. I previously called the official UPS line for service, and she said to go ask around neighbors.
The fact this place knew a better protocol better than the official UPS hotline shows they cared about my package vs a cold hotline automatic "it's out of my hands" policy.”

“I needed to fill out a change of address form and pick up a package from the Waverly Post Office. Denise was the lady who helped me and she was so friendly and helpful! The other lady was Mallory and she was also really friendly to the customers. They greeted everyone that came in with a smile. Just wanted to share because I saw poor reviews from several people and I thought that these 2 ladies deserve some positive recognition.”
