“I took my 8yo grandson with me. It's an affordable way to buy a new toy. He met another child a little younger, and an impromptu game of tag broke out. A volunteer stepped up and asked where his parents were and scolded us. Took us by surprise that she was so very, very rude. I get that she deemed it a safety issue. However, rudeness should never be tolerated when the volunteers are representing a Christian organization. Seems like you don't screen your volunteers very well, or else you don't train them very well because the other comments show numerous complaints about the rude staffing.”
