Got 2 kinds of their skinless, brats, Beer and Onion and Sheboygan.They are amazing really good on the grill.Can't go wrong by going to Nimrod Meats!! Thank you!!

I had a half hog processed here through my cousin. Their sausage seasoning was awesome. However, their vacuum sealing left a lot to be desired as at least 4 packages became unsealed for pork chops and roasts so air was in the bag and not tightly sealed.
