“I was in a rental car, trying to get myself home for one night back in my bed after a long time away from home at work and that was gonna be followed by even more nights away from home and I was only getting the one night back at home. I thought it was just a broken windshield wiper blade that turned out to be a whole mess with the windshield wiper blades. The staff there were amazing absolutely amazing and they saved me and got me all the way back home a 2 1/2 hour drive to Coralville Iowa these guys deserve a raise. They are lifesavers all three gentlemen that worked that night. This took place the night of March 4th at around 5:30-6pm. Thank you again guys. I’m sorry I didn’t catch any of your names, but I did remember seeing that one of the gentleman had an assistant manager tag on his shirt so thank you guys.”

“Shipping Quality and speed- I ordered several very large items and some small items- This includes 1 trunk floor, 1 full floor, plus two rear fender wells on a Thursday, by the following Wednesday all my items were delivered to me. I was also amazed that everything came damage free and neatly packaged. The freight driver unloaded it and brought it up to my garage door. (Freight was third party shipping but they were great)”

“Received top-notch customer service when our vehicle broke down on our way home to Texas. It was a stressful time but Sergio, our service advisor, went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. The establishment is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. The waiting area has a place for small children to play and provided a comfortable space for customers to relax while waiting for their car to be serviced.”
