I do my banking at Chase Bank. I often wonder the mindset of people who choose to bank with Wells Fargo. They have been busted by the federales so many times for cheating their customers. Our veterans in forefathers have died to give us choices in this great country. And choosing to stick with a corrupt financial institution is just a slap in the face to every one of them. Seriously why would anybody in their right mind stick with Wells Fargo? I offer this up as a real question and I would love to hear an answer.

This location has been closed for almost half a year with no signs of reopening. Having to depend on online banking has become neither fast or efficient. Apart from the incredibly nice staff there’s a slew of other problems, definitely will be banking somewhere else in the future.

This bank is a fraud. Stay away! They opened 2 savings account on my name that I never asked for. One of the biggest fraudsters in the nation.

ATM was removed for months. Now it's constantly unable to accept deposits. You just lost a customer.

I chose the branch I wanted to go to on Yelp reviews. Yup, I said it. And I Yelp baaaasically everything I do. I was not disappointed by this branch at all! Ok that's a lie, I was disappoint by the wait time because all I literally had to do was add a phone number and it took about an hour of waiting for an available representative. Other than the wait time, the teller that helped me was smiling, kind, and so helpful. The gentleman that helped me with my phone number was apologetic for the wait and went above and beyond! He helped me change more than I thought I needed to, and call customer service while I was there because I had a question he wasn't able to answer. I was very please with how amazing the people were at this branch! I wasn't looking forward to going to a physical location. I was bitter I had to go there in the first place (I tried calling customer service myself, but didn't help with online banking), but they made it so easy for me. The rep didn't let me leave till he knew I was able to enroll and access online banking which I was SO appreciative of!

A solid bank with great customer service. This location is in the heart of downtown Iowa City. Though parking will forever be an issue, the people inside this store professionally handle all banking questions and needs.

I have a son who’s trying to cash out a check from his job with his Iowa ID and they didn’t accept it ??? Really which ID he needs? Basically Iowa ID is not valid in this bank.

The atm has been gone,for months costing me probably over $100 in atm fees. Becoming a deal breaker. Going to look at more local options since they can't get there business together.
