Female manager, forgot to get her name , pretty sure she was manager there but great help, if you're patient enough god Will give you what you need. At first I wanted a deal but it was online only did the in store pickup and was ready within 50 minutes said it would take 2 hours I did it an hour and a half before they closed. Very helpful worker and seems to have great worth ethic, big store too! Lots of space

Terrible. They are not a Verizon store. They just sell phones and plans. They want nothing to do with you if you have a problem.

If there is a negative rating I would give it with no hesitation! Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever seen! We just wanted more information about the discount and the manager was extremely impolite and even interrogating us for no reason!

Very frustrated with Verizon. Been a loyal customer for years but the long and frustrating process of trading in our old phones for new models has changed my opinion. While Verizon has great service they are often misleading and make what should be a simple process very complex and time consuming. To cap it off when we tried to visit this store to turn in our old phones we were told we cannot as this is a “3rd party merchant store and we need to go to the corporate store in Coralville”. Absolutely ridiculous as this was never communicated elsewhere.

I’m a satisfied Verizon user, over ten years. Happy because the coverage, customer service is XLent. Also I feel Verizon is a corporation with a conscious. CEO Hans Vestburg has managed to find a way to please customers, employees and board of directors. Rarely do I find this, when I do I stay with them. No regrets here.

As a person also in sales, I don’t appreciate being lied to about products just to make a sale. When I came in for my new phone, I was made to believe I needed several products I outright asked if I could use other accessories I already had at home and was told they were not compatible or good for my new phone. Being that I wanted to trust what I was being told, I bought the items only to return home and go on Apples website to read everything I thought was true and I was just lied to. I’m taking the blame for not fully researching everything ahead of time, but when I buy product, I expect honesty. Not to mention there are no prices on any items on display so not until you ring up do you even know what you’ll pay. I also asked for the least expensive accessories on display and I’m positive they did not do that for me. $70 for a screen protector? I understand marking prices up at these locations but my god. Do yourself a favor and approach this store like you would a car dealership. Buy all your extras online. Save yourself time and money. The only thing I appreciated was the quickness I was helped the first time I came in. The second time was very understaffed.

Very disappointed with the service. I purchased a new phone in September and traded my old iPhone in. I was never sent a box to return it and have contacted them Atleast 7 times to get it rectified. They charged me over $100 because I had not returned it. But got no help to return it! I spoke to 2 people from Asia and the Verizon assistance more than I can count. He just hangs up! I'm fed up with Verizon. You cannot get a REAL person to talk to

We have been Verizon customers for several years. We made an appointment to go into this store to upgrade phones. My daughter was quite clear that she was leaving the country in a couple of days and requested a phone that she could put a physical sim card in.We were told that for pennies a month we could get the newer phone with no sim slot, but that they were phased out of future models anyway.Next day, purchased sim card cannot be loaded. Unbeknownst to us, the phones are locked for 60 days and the new sim card was unusable.My daughter went back to the store, and the manager called to her across the store that she could call customer service and get the lock taken off.On the way to the airport she was notified by Verizon that this was simply not true. The manager led us astray not once, but twice. So frustrating. Changing carriers and it's on her.
