“Used their location for a rental truck. Location staff were very nice, polite and accommodating. Only issue was the website. Kept crashing which made it difficult for staff to process timely. Once again not their fault.

He was incredibly helpful and informative while I was trying to decide exactly which model and trim I was looking for, but what sets Lewey apart is his dedication to customer satisfaction. Even after the sale, he followed up to make sure I wasn't having any issues and was settling in nicely to my new car.
Once we'd worked out our deal, the dealer financing phase was also quite painless. The Mazda credit application was straightforward, and when I took delivery, I only needed about 20 minutes or so with the finance manager to get all the various forms signed for the loan, purchase, title, and trade in.
If I'm still in the area when it comes time to get another vehicle, I'll definitely be reaching back out to Lewey and Carousel.”

“My experience has been a positive one. My bd bought his Honda Pilot from here recently. The key is getting a good price for a good car that has low mileage. They sold us a great SUV and even fixed the breaks for us.Recently I bought four new tires for my own car. They not only gave me the best price but when I got there they immediately drove my car into the shop and I was ready to go in 30 mins. They recommend I come back to tighten up the tires after a day for safety. I plan on doing that. Ali is great and helpful person and I highly recommend this company for tires and for buying your next used car! I would give 10 stars if I could!!”

“I really have an oppositional streak when it comes to car dealers. So I was very much prepping myself for an ordinary dealship visit (you know what I mean. Some guy with too white teeth greets you then pushes ridiculous investments). Nothing like that at Billion. Todd was cool headed and analytical, took exactly what I said I wanted and found it. No tricks, no charismatic nonsense. Just good sales. He disclosed they're salaried, and it honestly makes the buying experience better. It's noteable that this dealership has people of every color behind the sales desks, and multiple backgrounds buying cars from them. I'm non-binary and they all managed to get my pronouns right (sans like one paperwork guy). I don't lead with that because I kind of judge how people pivot, and they did, in fact, pivot well. I had a really bad experience buying my last car from another IC dealer and it appears to not be repeating itself. I've made a solid purchase that I love, and my car is in great shape.
The only complaint I have: he encouraged me to take the vehicle to lunch and I think that bumped my monthly payment up. like by about $50. I was able to negociate it down but it was still more than the original offer. Just kind of bummed about that. No other notes otherwise. Great experience with Billion, definitely feel comfortable going back.”
