Absolutely horrible customer service. I called ahead as I lived out of town. Even told them them when I’d be there as it’s a half hour drive. They sat me down to upgrade to a new phone as there was no wait. Told them exactly what I wanted. They bring it out. Asks for my ID. Then tell me that the stores closes in 45 minutes and that wasn’t enough time to upgrade me. I repeat I even called ahead to make sure I could do this. She tells me that she could quote me a price though.

I was very disappointed in this store. I have been a US Cellular customer for many years and needed a new phone. When in picked out my phone in the salesman found me a case and screen protector for it. Event proceeded to transfer the data from my old phone to my new phone. About 2 minutes into this he said he was hungry and left to go to lunch!! He told another salesperson I had about 10 minutes to go. The data transfer finished no one came over to show me how to operate the phone or anything else. I unplugged the phones and walked out. Had to come back an hour later when I couldn't get access to my work email. Extremely unprofessional salesman!

BEWARE! this store will give anyone your full account information just based on giving them your first and last name and phone number. ANY unauthorized person can get all of your information on your account. No need to be authorized on your account. It happened to me! And it could happen to you!!! I called to speak with the store manager about the issue which was a waste pretty much. Save yourself DO NOT sign up with US Cellular or like me....you will regret it! You have been warned.

My s9 phone internet stopped working....this store told me s9 and s10 will not work with u.s. cellular data....
Went outside called u.s. celluar 1800 number...5mins over phone they fixed. Now my s9 works again with u.s. celluar data...so the store employee lied

I was charged over $30 for two pocket dialed numbers (to two different COUNTRIES). They were clearly made in error and when I called to correct the charges, I was told they would look into it and get back to me and never did. When the next bill came, the charges were still on there AND there was an additional $30 travel package added. When I called again, the agent was VERY rude, talking over me, and refused to take any of the charges off. I have had nothing but problems with US Cellular and am switching companies

terrible, i went in on the day the iphone 15 released and traded in my old phone for a free new one. and what happened? they forgot to add the free phone to my bill!! now i’ve lost about $500 paying for something i didn’t need to and lost of that cause of there mistake. i will never be back here. if i could give this zero stars i would
