after I had given myself a somewhat of a minimally botched buzzcut - I had waited just over a year to get my first haircut after growing it out for a bit. I decided to come to t&co because I used to have Ashton do my highlights a few years ago and always loved it. This time i’m here to rave about the hair cut and style I received from Alice! Not only did she perfectly envision what I had explained to her but she also sent me in my way with a super cute and super curly finished look! She’s also super friendly and very easy to chat to throughout your service!! Curly gals & guys you can trust Alice with your hair needs! <3

I am staying in Iowa City for a few months and needed a haircut.I was a little apprehensive but I am so glad I took a chance and got my haircut with Celcia .She is extremely fun to talk to and made me feel at home .Besides all that ,Celcia is a fantastic stylist.I told her in general what I was thinking regarding a hairstyle . However, I was open to changing it up a bit.She gave me super cute bangs and changed up the part.This is the best cut I have had in a long time.Love, Love, Love, my haircut!

My place Zen was closing. Had to look for a new place. I was An easy with the Stylist I had right off the bat. Felt uncomfortable because I had a stand for my haircut at first. Then I had to encourage her to keep cutting more off to be how I wanted in the picture. not sure how I felt about the hair Cut. Eventually called back and wanted it fixed. They were very nice and helpful willing to fix it. No problems. But in the end, decided to leave it after all and just let it grow out. I will probably follow my Zen stylist to his other place

A fab cut and color by Brandi as always! I am a longtime customer of TCO, and followed Brandi to the new location in North Liberty. The salon has great customer service, appointments run on time, and their team is great at the consultation piece to make sure the customer is happy with the outcome. Highly recommend this TCO location if you’re looking for a stylist, you really can’t go wrong. I am always happy with my cut/color. Brandi does a great job at looking at the ideas I bring and adjusting so it looks best on me.

I went in looking for a cut and color (natural blonde wanting a golden strawberry) and walked out a brunette. I'm not really sure how my stylist felt it even came close to the picture we had talked about (perhaps opting for a more trendy cowboy copper was her thoughts???). Idk what I could have done to make it more clear, and even went in for a consultation beforehand. Staff were polite and my cut was fine, but the color was so far off not to leave a 1 star. My stylist didn't seem phased by my comments of how dark it was. A very sad first experience with this salon and coloring in general.
