I have lived in CO for years, however I have remembered browsing and shopping this store since high school. Some things have changed but the prices and value have stayed the same. I could never find clothes this reasonably priced in Colorado! The customer service has become somewhat more discomforting, maybe slightly more judgmental, but the prices are more than fair. I guess you take the good and bad with time.

I used to love this place! My daughter and I have spent at least $400 there in the last month. My daughter and I visited yesterday, I would say it was about my third bad experience there. There is an employee there. I don't know her name, just what she looks like: blonde hair and glasses. Yesterday she was very rude and another time about 3 months ago, she was the same. I found some items I wanted to purchase, and she came at me telling me they weren't for sale and weren't priced. She tried to pull one of the items out of my hands. I had to prove the item was priced! I was finally able to purchase all my items, and I noticed the laundry basket I found the item she tried to take from me was removed from the floor. There are totes and laundry baskets full of items for sale EVERYWHERE in the store! This was the 2nd time she had done this to me when I wanted to purchase something. Then, after my daughter and I left the store, that same employee took something to her car. Maybe I purchased something she herself wanted. I am not sure. This has left a bad feeling about this place for me. I usually visit 3 to 4 times a month. It may be less now or not at all. No customer should ever have to feel the way I did yesterday. If you don't want to sell items, then don't put them for sale out where customers can see them for purchase. This is a consignment store where people are trusting them to sell their items. How can these people consigning their items through this store make a profit on their items if they aren't allowing customers like me who want to purchase, do so?

Overall, it's a good business and a fun place to shop at. In my opinion, they do over charge like crazy for some items and it's annoying when you find something cute and then it has a rental only ticket on it.

The ladies are some b**tches, they didn't let me try on a dress because they thought it was too small on me, ever since I walked in they followed me, n just started being completely rude for no reason. The girl at the counter was being such a b*tch bruh.

2nd attic is a treasure hunt store you never know what you may find very well price you would normally spend hundreds of dollars on you can walk out of there from 50 to $75 and be absolutely content with your purchase it's a must check out place but please go through the week because I go on Saturdays and I like to Treasures I find for myself

I am so disappointed with the owner of this store. I witnessed the owner refusing service to a woman today at the cash register. From my understanding, this business is making money off their consigners but how is that possible when she refuses service to certain individuals? The customer had six items but was told she wasn’t allowed to buy any of them. The customer had to walk out empty handed. I’ve been going to this business for almost 4 years, but they lost a loyal customer today.

Would not shop here based on customers that were refused a sale because owner didn't agree with what they planned on doing with their purchase. Never experienced that one before! ???

Sales clerk picks and chooses who she will sell to. I was told I couldn’t buy from her store anymore, even after giving her 10 years of my business. Stay away from this store!

Small kids section, but everything else is well stocked. Amazing variety! Everything from professional wear to vintage 50’s, to Boho 70’s to athletic wear, to men’s to costumes, etc!Fair prices, friendly staff, and great consignment vibe. I highly recommend!

I have been a customer at Second Act for over a decade. This store provided me with quality clothing, jewelry, shoes, and costumes. The store owner is dedicated and so are the people who work there. Today I witnessed the worse customer service by Gloria the cashier. She was rude, argumentative, and disrespectful. She discriminated against this customer and exhibited a clear case of racial profiling. I informed her that her 23 years of nursing experience has nothing to do with her cultural competency. We live in America, you don't treat people like that...I reported her? Very disappointed I like this store & shop here very often!
