I initially gave 5 stars for the great customer service, until I received a call threatning to take me to collections for money that I don't owe. Something fell through the cracks on their end but it ends up being my responsibility. Bad business.

Rude manager, you'll experience a bad treatment, he won't care about new business or extra business, he will not care about management, he needs to be replaced if this place expected to stay in business since it's new!!

My wife and I had a great experience working with Neal. I would highly recommend working with him if you are in the shop. He worked to update our phone, plan, and assure that we were set up with all the applicable discounts as part of our visit.

They assisted in putting in a new sim card. however that did not fix the issue.very helpful but may 2023 i later found news of earlier samsung phone updates with every service means customers need to add apn info for their phones to work.

Switched from Verizon to T mobile becuase of 1,000$ promotion. I spent hours in the store to activate lines and was told that all paperwork for the promotion was completed and that I should get my money soon. When the money didn’t come I investigated. After another 5 hours of my life on the phone, I discovered no paperwork was ever filed. How could this happen? I watched the lady do everything.I had to go into Tmobile again and submit paperwork to get the promotion. Turns out my claim was denied. I went back in and told the branch manager who was the one who helped me initially. She was rude and denied any responsibility, shifting the blame to me. Isn’t the customer always right? They submitted the claim and I MAY or MAY NOT get my money. What a scam! I’ll be switching back to Verizon. Peace out Magenta family.

I cannot say enough good things about this location! In my hometown, I’m used to spending upwards of 2 hours in store when I need to upgrade my phone. Here, I was in and out in under an hour! Did I mention that it included an upgraded phone, a new iPad, a new line on the account, and help with my Apple Watch as well? Emmett is INCREDIBLE! I also had help over-the-phone from Austin beforehand. All of the workers were so knowledgeable, kind, and willing to help me (despite my plethora of questions) and Emmett even informed me about a special that I was eligible for with my account which I gladly claimed. The service was wonderful and insanely fast, and I look forward to my next visit. Sincerely, me and my new iPad.

Purchased a SIM card from here after local AT&T declined (due to technical reasons). Very supportive staff and they figured things out.
